Fruit Tart!

The Crust

1 stick softened butter
1/2 t. baking powder
2 T sugar
1 3/4 c flour

Combine ingredients in either a food processor or using the dough hook in a mixer. (don't over blend)

Press in tart pan and prick with fork.
Bake 20 minutes at 400

filling: 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup half and half
11/4 cup milk
Beat at medium speed. When thickened, beat at high speed. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Spread in crust.

Use whatever fruit is in season to decorate tart!
