Dawn - I loved, loved, loved this fruit! I'm thinking about making a batch to eat everyday and count as my daily fruit intake. Think it counts with the added sugar? ;-) Did you post the 1/2 recipe or the whole? Yum, Yum Yum! K

It was good fruit! That was my lunch today. The turkey salad I bought was FULL of onion. ICK! All I had left was the fruit.

Yes, Kathleen this is the "half" recipe.

Dawn, the fruit was very yummy!!! I don't usually like to have dessert, but this was very good! Thanks for sharing it with the kids too - they all loved it and have requested that I make it :)
